 Actions are the specific things that are performed in each 15 minute period. Actions are tied to the higher level Plan. 

Actions include:

• Travel
• Buying and selling items
• Interactions between characters
• Stealing an item
• Charging a criminal
• Conviction and trial
• Medical treatment
• Taking medicines
